I founded Bardaghat Youth Circle with a clear belief: the future of our community depends on the strength, vision, and unity of its young people. Lasting change does not begin with promises—it begins with people who are willing to take responsibility and lead. BYC was created to become more than an organization. It is a movement that empowers youth to develop leadership, serve the community, and turn ideas into meaningful action. We believe that every young person has the potential to make a difference when given the right platform, guidance, and opportunity. Our vision is to build a generation of confident, responsible, and compassionate leaders who will shape a better Bardaghat and contribute to a stronger Nepal. Through volunteerism, innovation, civic engagement, and collaboration, we are committed to creating positive and lasting impact. This journey is not about one individual—it is about all of us.
